The MISD Special Education will host a SEPTA meeting on Thursday, Nov. 7 from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. at the R.L. Anderson Complex (1016 Magnolia Street, Mansfield, TX 76063).

The meeting will highlight the Mansfield ISD All Star Special Olympics team. Current athletes and their families will speak on the benefits of the organization and answer attendee questions about the program.

What is SEPTA? SEPTA stands for Special Education Parent Teacher Association. These organizations are provided as an opportunity to bring together families of students who attend different schools in a district under one PTA umbrella. Interested families with children who have special needs are encouraged to attend.
