8th Grade Day at Main Event- May 17th 10 am-2pm

Permission slips and the payment of $20 ( lunch included) are due by Friday, April 22nd. Please turn in payment and permission slips before or after school to Mrs. Joyner in the front office. There are no refunds. 8th Grade Day Permission Slip 

Any student with in-school suspension, out-of-school suspension, or DAEP between now and May 17th will forfeit their opportunity to participate in 8th Grade Day.

Lastly, the DJMS PTA would like to gift each 8th grade student with a t-shirt to wear on 8th Grade Day.  Please complete this form to submit your student's t-shirt size.
